Order processing and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout, on the relevant product page, or in your order confirmation when available. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.

If no shipping timeframe is stated, we intend to ship a properly completed order within 30 days after receiving it, unless you agree to a later date.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you complete checkout. Any promotion for free or reduced shipping is subject to the terms shown with that offer.

Delays, cancellation, and refunds

If we cannot ship within the timeframe we promised, or within 30 days when no timeframe was stated, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and explain your options. You may consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a prompt full refund.

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery dates. We will provide reasonable assistance and updates when available.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, we will send it to the contact information provided with the order. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly through our Contact page with your order number and, where relevant, clear photos of the package and product. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.

International shipments

Where international shipping is offered, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local clearance requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing may extend delivery time.
